I want to thank whoever brought Asad to work with us on this opportunity on our Optimization Project. The manner in which he facilitated the sessions and his refreshing approach kept everybody engaged and contributing. We achieved more in only two days of workshops in November than we have since this project started in January.

At first I was hesitant to attend the Digitization Lean Inception Workshop as I needed to be there for 5 working days and I could not understand how we were going to use these 5 days when I felt that this was an easy task to overcome.
At the end of the week, the process that we followed validated the value that was unlocked i.e. being a team that was well versed in the problem statement, having explored multiple possible solutions and having an in-depth ‘vision’ of the end state product.

What worked for me during the Lean Start-up workshop was that the process method Asad utilised was highly visibility in terms of the actual work artifacts; and achievements as we progressed day-to-day, as well as it built trust between team members.
The workshop was a productive and fruitful exercise in terms of it enabled the team to agree on common goals and commitment, created a platform to communicate dependencies and identified team capacity to commit to achievable Release Planning goals, it allowed for identification and solution of impediments and provides an opportunity for small course corrections.
