Started off as Project Manager but eventually moved full-time into Agile Coaching at a large international Bank. Specialised in facilitation of Agile Inception and Lean Startup across different projects such as Privacy, Regulatory Banking, Integrated Risk and Controls, Adverse Media, Cyber and Privacy Assessment, Legal Matter Management, Business Continuity Management, Group Internal Audit Data Analytics, Group Compliance Customer Regulatory App, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) New Amendment Act, AML Forensics & Case Management, Customer Survey & Assurance and Credit Digitization & Optimization. Benefits of these facilitated workshops saved each project between 3-10 months of time and money.

Programme Manager role turned eventually into Scrum Master and then Agile Coach at a large international Bank. Headed-up the Bank's first Agile Pilot Project, and then lead and coached many other Bank Initiatives such as New Investment Product, Account Origination, Credit Customer Debt Recovery and Advanced Customer Relationship Management. Prior to these projects Asad lead scrum teams at Programme level on the Bank's biggest project implementation on Custom Relationship Management rationalization & centralization.
